Functions and construction:

the unit design is well optimized. It has advantages like stable plasticizing, slow cutting speed rate ,high output, long service-life. The unit is composed of cone double-screw-stem extruder, vacoum-sizing table, drawing machine, cutter, laminator, turn-up frame and others.

The main machine adopts imported AC frequency converter drive. The temperature control adopt Japan RKC products. The vacuum pump and drawing motor adopt high-quality products. The maintenance is simple. After replacing the screw  cylinder and mould ,it can extrude imitating wood foamed profile.

The wooden-plastic mixing extruding production line adopts special-designed screw stem, material cylinder,moulds and processing technology.  Equipped with YE model auxiliary it can produce wooden-plasticprofile.It is a new kind of environment protection products which Mix plastic and waste wood fiber in proper proportion,adding plastic processing extender. It can produce, package box plate, frame material for door and window , floor board,outside products extruded in high tempeature and high pressure.
